Refund Policy

At Just In The Details Auto Detail, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Service Refunds: If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will review your concerns and, if appropriate, offer to re-do the service or provide a partial or full refund.

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Any deposits made to secure an appointment are non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Processing Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
